- Click "Offer Instructions" link below. Both buyer and agent must initial and sign offer instructions.
- Locate property from the list below and click "Submit".
- Fill in each field with applicable offer information.
- Click "Select File" to upload Contract to Buy and Sell, Proof of Funds or Pre-Approval Letter, Copy of Earnest Money Check and completed Offer Instructions.
- Click "Submit" and your offer has been sent to our office!
