Earlier this month, realtor.com conducted a survey among millennials that revealed 63% of people in that age group who are working from home across the U.S. are planning on buying a house directly as a result of their ability to work remotely. Additionally, of those surveyed about half (49%) are planning on buying sooner than their original timeline.

The company also found that 68% of respondents were able to save more for down payments during shelter-in-place orders, although with rapidly rising home prices in Denver, 45% expect to receive assistance from family or friends.

So where are young professionals settling down in Denver? The Denver Business Journal consulted neighborhoods and schools website Niche, which uses U.S. Census data on age and education as well as other factors such as access to bars and restaurants, affordability, and job opportunities to see which areas of the city are the most appealing to this demographic.
