Ken Blevins is the Chief Executive Officer of Metrowest Real Estate Services and a seasoned leader in mortgage default servicing and real estate asset management, with more than 25 years of industry experience. His background spans real estate brokerage, traditional residential sales, asset management, foreclosure and bankruptcy, loss mitigation, and REO disposition.
A co-founder of Metrowest in 2003, Ken assumed the role of CEO in January 2014. In this capacity, he provides strategic leadership and oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, ensuring execution, compliance, and performance across both institutional and consumer-facing service lines.
In addition to representing traditional buyers and sellers in residential transactions, Ken brings over 20 years of direct, hands-on experience managing large-scale, national REO disposition and asset management portfolios. He has led REO contracts for major institutions including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, CitiFinancial, GMAC Mortgage, and other financial institutions. His expertise includes REO asset management, real estate investment, bulk REO acquisitions, and distressed asset recovery and liquidation. Over the course of his career, Ken has directed the resolution and liquidation of more than $10 billion in institutionally owned residential real estate.
